Planning a spring getaway? Whether you’re heading to Malta (like me) or somewhere equally sunny, packing doesn’t have to mean chaos or compromise. As a stylist and woman in her 60s, I’ve learned that traveling light doesn’t mean dressing dull.

This 16-piece travel capsule – plus a few carefully chosen accessories – is what I’m packing for a week in Malta. Stylish. Comfortable. Mix-and-matchable, but with enough variety that I’ve got choices – I’m no minimalist and it’s a holiday after all, you don’t need to compromise!

Why Packing Smart Matters (Especially Now)

Most women I work with are no strangers to suitcase stress. You either:

  • Pack everything “just in case”
  • Panic-buy the day before
  • Or land with pieces that don’t feel like you

Sound familiar?

As our lives, bodies and personal style evolve, so should the way we travel. That’s where a midlife travel capsule wardrobe comes in – chic, calm, cohesive.
